Cattle Drive 2012
Every year we trail our Black herd home from one of our summer pastures. It is about 6 miles down the gravel, with 1 highway crossing. We have such a great time with our family and friends and we look forward to it every November!
Branding - December 2012
This year we decided to keep back about 40 of our best heifers as replacement cows. Jeff invited some of his friends over to help our family get them branded. We branded them in our indoor arena to stay out of the snow and wind. Even though it was cold, it turned out to be a fun day with friends, and we have some great replacement heifers.
